ORDER STATUS

1. On Hold
Upon placing an order on our website, your order will initially be placed “On Hold.” This status indicates that your order has been received, and it is now awaiting payment confirmation. To complete your order, please contact our support team via email at eaafirearms@gmail.com, mentioning your order number. They will provide you with the account details of your preferred payment option (Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.). After making the payment, kindly send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation for reference and verification purposes.
2. Processing
Once we have received and verified your payment, your order status will be updated to “Processing.” Our dedicated team will promptly process your order, which includes picking, packaging, and preparing it for shipment. We prioritize fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, aiming to ship them out on the same day or the next business day, depending on the workload at that time.
3. Completed
After your order has been processed, it will be marked as “Completed.” At this stage, your order will be shipped out for delivery. We offer worldwide shipping from both our locations in Europe and the United States, allowing us to serve customers globally. For orders with a total value of $250 or more, we provide free shipping. You will receive an email notification containing the tracking information for your order, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States and Europe: Orders within these regions are guaranteed to be delivered within 3-4 business days.
- Other Countries: Delivery to countries outside the United States and Europe may take between 5-7 business days.
